update public/assets/js/bootstrap-table-commonsearch.js. 

当bstable中searchList传入id为0的数组时，又和页面nav-tabs中关联时，会判断 null==0 为true，导致一进入页面，选项卡为全部，但是传入的这个select会选中id为0的option，而不是空
