feat: daemon + CLI 架构 (wx_daemon.py + wx.py)

Browse Source 
- wx_daemon.py: Unix socket server，mtime 感知 DB 缓存，WAL 监听，实时推送
- wx.py: Click CLI，自动拉起 daemon，sessions/history/search/contacts/watch
- pyproject.toml + uv.lock: uv 依赖管理
