chore(release): bump version to 0.2.0

主要新增：
- `wx attachments` / `wx extract`：从本地 chat 数据解密提取 V2 图片附件（macOS / Windows）
- `DbCache` WAL 增量复用：daemon 请求路径从每次 ~120s 全量解密压到 < 1s（典型 WAL）
